HOW IT WORKS

A clear process, from application to
placement

Every step is tracked and visible — no vague promises, just a clear record of what's
been done.

Train

Nannies complete our online certification course covering safety, routines, and professionalism.

Verify

ID confirmed, background checked, references contacted — every step tracked and visible.

Certify

Nannies who complete all steps earn "Certified." Au pairs who complete verification earn "Verified."

Match

Families search certified and verified profiles directly and connect with confidence.

OUR DIFFERENCE

Not just "verified." Specifically verified.

You can see exactly what's been checked on every profile — and whether it's a
nanny's full certification or an au pair's verification.ne.

Two badges, one standard of trust

Nannies complete training in addition to verification, so their badge reflects that extra step. Au pairs follow a verification-only path. Either way, you know precisely what's behind the badge — not a vague promise.

✓ Every check dated and on record
✓ No self-reported claims — all checks are conducted, not just declared
✓ Re-verification reminders keep profiles current over time

FOR FAMILIES

Search with confidence, not guesswork

Whether you need a live-in au pair or a dedicated nanny, every profile shows exactly
what's been checked

Looking for an Au Pair?

Live-in or part-time support, often combined with school runs and
light help around the house.

Looking for a Nanny?

Dedicated, professional childcare — full-time or part-time, focused
purely on the children.

FOR CAREGIVERS

Two paths, depending on your role

Nannies complete training and verification. Au pairs complete verification only. Both
are free to list.

Stand out with a certification families trust

Complete our training, get verified, and appear in searches as a certified nanny — free to list, training fee TBD.

Get verified and get matched
